The car was purchased at the Crestview location. I live about 20 miles away from the Crestview dealer. I have taken the car to other nearby Cadillac service locations and did not receive the same customer services as I have always received at the Crestview location. I prefer to drive 20 miles to get good services. I am completely satisfied with the good customer services especially, with the advisors. I highly recommend this dealer to other Cadillac owners. I was impressed how all departments worked together to get the vehicle fixed and serviced within the time frame that was allotted. I have nothing but the utmost praise for Steve S. in the Crestview service dept. and the techs that work on my vehicle. This is the first time in my 13 years of owning vehicles (everything from Ford to Dodge to Honda and more!) that I have not dreaded taking my car in for service. Not only that, but it's the FIRST time I have gone in and mentioned a potential problem with the car and been taken seriously to the point that the problem is fixed!!!
